Hello and thanks for visiting! My name is Tiffini Theisen. I am a somatic and energy healer and a gentle guide. I created The Grounded Glow as an online and in-person space for women seeking a deep, gentle connection to themselves and others.
I find a sense of purpose in helping to bring people together and create soothing environments for connection. Each of my gatherings is designed to allow women to:
- Feel comforted and safe in their bodies and nervous systems
- Feel truly seen and heard
- Open up to a genuine sisterhood at their own pace
We also laugh and have fun!
Community connections
In Gainesville, Florida, I offer Grounded Gatherings, which are open to all women. These in-person mini-retreats blend gentle movement, guided meditation, mindfulness, journal prompts and discussion.
Virtual gatherings
Wherever you are in the world, I host a “Deer Path” online women’s circle via Zoom every other Wednesday from 8:30-9:30pm EST. The path of the deer is gentleness and sensitivity.
